This morning I enjoyed banana ice cream with blueberries and peaches for breakfast. It was a great combo!

Carrot cake oatmeal with apple, roasted cranberries and peanut butter :)

These holidays I have eaten a lot of vegan junk like cakes, icecream and heaps of dates dipped in tahini so this morning I enjoyed the simplest of all simple breakfasts, a big fresh 1L Carrot, Beet, Apple and Ginger Juice to give my digestive system a break. This is my all time favourite combination. 💛 I was buzzed with energy after this, ps there was 3 cups but whilst shooting this photo, I was already drinking one ✌️
