Even beyond what it does for us as individuals, think about how it changes the world. I would probably even wager that if the world was on a plant-based diet, or able to consume a high-quality plant-based diet, we’d have a lot less war, a lot less crime, and a lot less hate. You also need to consider what factory farming does to our environment…

Kale “tacos” tonight!  Lacinato aka dinosaur kale filled with cherry tomatoes, zucchini, red pepper, scallions, pineapple, mango, cilantro, & salmonberry blossoms.  Plus a tahini-lime dressing (1.5 tbsp tahini, 1 lime squeezed, & 1/4 cup water mixed together).

I know it looks a bit like canned spaghetti but this was so yummy and filling.  Zoodles with a spicy tomato & walnut sauce and a simple salad of baby spinach & red onion. For the sauce blend 1/3 cup raw walnuts, 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes (no oil), 1/3 cup of red capsicum, 1/3 cup of carrot ( I used purple because that’s all I had but orange would give it a more appealing colour), 1 tbs of fresh basil, 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes (or more to taste), 1 tbs hemp seeds, 1/3 cup water.  Blend it all together but keep it chunky! Stir through your zoodles and devour!!! Don’t need to add salt, the dried tomatoes are naturally salty x

If people are sending out negative energy and not meeting your expectations, it is important to send them unconditional love. They are simply being themselves, doing the best they know how. You will find great inner peace when you do not need others to act in a certain way to be happy yourself. When you send someone unconditional love, it is no longer possible for you to be harmed by his or her negative energy.
